  • Each plant is unique; size, shape, and color may vary slightly from photos.

3. Plant Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper care of all purchased plants after delivery or pickup. We provide general care guidelines, but we do not guarantee plant survival once it leaves our care.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship plants and gifts within the United States and Canada.

  • Shipping times may vary based on weather and carrier delays.

  • Live plants may be delayed or held to avoid extreme weather conditions.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants:

  • All plant sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Non-plant items may be returned within 10 days in unused condition.

  • If Live Plants arrive damaged or defective, to request a refund or replacement, contact us within [24 hours] of delivery with Mandatory unboxing video. Please note a unboxing video is Required for any refund or replacement request.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging. Live Plants Require Unboxing video.

  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

8. Gift Items & Custom Orders

  • Personalized or custom gift items are non-refundable.

  • Please verify all customization details before placing your order.

9. Local Pickup (if applicable)

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days.

  • We are not responsible for plant health if pickup is delayed.
